I got to plan our “C” date and knew from the beginning I wanted to do a cooking class. I found a cheese-making class at a local store called Wine and Whey. We signed up for a 30-minute mozzarella, but we got so much more!
They also make wine at this store, so there were about 12 bottles on the tables for us to try. We learned, we tasted, we drank wine, it was awesome. I’m already plotting how we can make our own batch of vinho verde next year.
For dinner we tried out an Italian buffet called Cinzetti’s. Nothing to write home about, but I liked their neon sign.
