Put An Avocado On It

You know that funny skit from Portlandia, Put a Bird on It? That’s how I feel about avocados. Toast and eggs? Top it with an avocado. Salmon? Yes, it would be better with avocado. Tortilla soup? Delish! Plain avocado? Sure, top it with truffle salt and pepper. It is publicly known that chips and guacamole would be my last meal request. Last week I topped off some homemade pasta with avocado and it was amazing. Luckily avocado is pretty good for you (and your skin), so my obsession can continue. What is your favorite food to top with avocado?
